- Number of passengers

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in service delays or additional charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

- Overtime
- Excessive cleaning
- Damage to the vehicle
- Tolls, parking, or other applicable fees
Payment is due according to the agreed booking terms. ATS Ride reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Reservations may be canceled or modified by contacting us directly.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on:

- Time before pickup

- Airport transportation
- Group transportation
No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.
5. Airport Transportation
For airport pickups:
- We monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided.
- Pickup times may be adjusted based on flight delays or early arrivals.
- Additional waiting charges may apply if passengers do not arrive within the complimentary waiting period.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Treat vehicles respectfully.
- Follow all applicable laws.
- Wear seat belts when required.
- Avoid smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside vehicles.
- Refrain from behavior that may endanger the driver or other passengers.
ATS Ride reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
7. Vehicle Damage
Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party, including but not limited to:
- Interior damage
- Exterior damage
- Excessive cleaning
- Vomit or bodily fluid cleanup
- Broken equipment
- Burns or stains
Repair or cleaning costs may be charged to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
ATS Ride is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Severe weather
- Mechanical issues
- Government restrictions
- Accidents
- Natural disasters
While we strive to provide timely service, arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Lost and Found
We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside our vehicles.
If an item is recovered, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Shipping or delivery costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of ATS Ride unless otherwise stated.
